Policies

We appreciate you as a client and want to give you the best service. We do enforce our cancellation policies to protect both our staff and clients, and we thank you for honoring that.

All appointment changes are asked to be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled service. If any changes are made less than 24 hours prior, there will be a fee of 50% of your service charged. Any day of changes or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service booked.
